While for most of us Mutton Biryani is the ultimate comfort food, there is a community in Tamil Nadu that serves the delicious biryani as ‘Prasadam’ to their deity. In Madurai, a Muniyandi temple festival was recently organized where foodoholics had the best time with their favourite biryani that was available completely ‘free’.
