NCC organises anti-drug seminar, activities to commemorate upcoming NCC day

The Jalandhar based National Cadet Corps (NCC) Group organized an anti-drugs seminar at the campus of DAV University Jalandhar in which nine drug victims who have recently fought their way back into the mainstream, also gave a talk.
